And they say the Tea Party is all about hate....

So, being the type of person I am, I joined a left-wing propaganda group on Facebook. This particular group was railing against a joke going around on the Internet. The joke goes as follows:
DEAR LORD, THIS YEAR YOU TOOK MY FAVORITE ACTOR, PATRICK SWAYZIE. YOU TOOK MY FAVORITE ACTRESS, FARAH FAWCETT. YOU TOOK MY FAVORITE SINGER, MICHAEL JACKSON. I JUST WANTED TO LET YOU KNOW, MY FAVORITE PRESIDENT IS BARACK OBAMA. AMEN
It is meant to be funny. There is no hate, bigotry, or malice intended. It's supposed to be funny. It is not a legit prayer asking for a real death or demise for President Barack Hussein Obama. It is a joke. End of story.

Let us not forget the shuddering silence that followed plays and books that fantasized about the untimely death of George W. Bush. There was unbridled hate and vitriol aimed at Bush and Dick Cheney for eight years, and it came from the media, from entertainers, from bloggers, and not just wild fringe elements. Yet, because the elites deemed conservatives and Republicans as less than human, any kind of attack was allowed and welcomed.

(WASHINGTON POST STORY ABOUT BOOK ABOUT BUSH ASSASSINATION)

I joined this Facebook group full of liberal sheep who see Obama as a deity and not a human. It is a group calling for the deletion and banning of a group who uses the above joke as the group title. These liberal whiners claim its racist, bigoted, and evil. (The same brand of people who laugh when Trigg Palin is made fun of on Family Guy or when Todd Palin is accused of being sexually involved with his daughters...ironic, huh? I joined in order to offer a chance for real debate on this issue and the double standard in how people react to how liberals and how Conservatives are treated.

I debated one particular individual who called himself Luis Stevens Guerrero. I offered merit-based, fact-based arguments. He resorted to name-calling, insults, and constant degradation against me and all Conservatives. I told him that his last name, Guerrero, means warrior, and its a shame he cannot be a warrior for his own beliefs and defend how he feels. His responses directly to me were ignorant, weak, and childish. I accused him of coming to a battle of wits unarmed. End of argument, or so I thought.

Luis Stevens Guerrero decided to go to my profile and find out who my mom is. He then proceeds to send the following e-mail message to my mother:
You should have aborted David.

Cheers

Thus is the typical garbage as spewed by a vast majority of the left.

Need more? Let's look at Obama ally Bertha Lewis, the head of ACORN. She spoke to a group of young Democratic Socialists, applauded them as being socialists, and then compared anyone who opposes socialism to the racists and bigots who believed in segregation, internments, and other great racial travesties. She then called the TEA Party movement a "bowel movement."

How about the lies that democratic senators told the media about being called the "N" word during the Tea Party protests outside the Capitol prior to the health care vote. No video nor audio evidence has been produced, even with Andrew Breitbart's $100K bounty for such evidence, to support the claims. Yet, the media and anyone on the left continues the narrative accusing the Tea Party of being racist.

The left cannot defeat the Tea Party on facts and reason, so they result to hate. They result to name calling. They result to writing to mothers of conservatives to tell that innocent mother that she should have aborted her conservative child.

The left is truly a class act.

First Post of the New Year

Yeah, okay. I've been bitter and sad that we have an Obama-nation as president as of 12pm on Tuesday. I've been sulking and not writing. I've been wondering what is wrong with us.

On Tuesday, the Rock star that would be God, if only the Democrats allowed God into the Government, Barack Hussein (Yes, we can say it now!!) Obama will be sworn in as President. He becomes the first black president of these United States, and does so with no real qualifications other than the fact that he is 'articulate' and 'intelligent,' especially considering he is black...you know, the one feature about him that they would not let you forget.

Nearly every person this man is associated with is dirty on some level. Governor Richardson could not accept his post for some shady campaign situations. The man he taps to lead the Treasury and the IRS failed to pay his taxes on his Independent Contractor job, right up until he was nominated to run the organization he owed 6 years of back-taxes to.

Yet, Chris Matthews and the entire mass media have tingly feelings up their legs when they hear his name. They will sell out home and country to make sure that they protect him from his own foolishness and inexperience. In the next 4 years, the United States could collapse into total ruin, and the New York Times and NBC will still be blaming Bush, with zero blame on Obama.

It will be a tough four years for Conservatism. Republicans are flocking to be the next to reach across the aisle and get some media love by making positive and supportive statements about Obama. He organized this big dinner with 'conservatives' (which, in this case, means a few people not so far left they are falling off the edge who are actually just left of center to just about right of center). People are drinking the kool-aid in mass.

Where are the Conservative leaders? I think 2009-2010 should be two years in which there should emerge a third party. I feel that Republicans have allowed themselves to be hoodwinked into becoming moderate Democrats. We need a new, Conservative party. We need people like Bobby Jindal, Sarah Palin, George Allen, Jeb Bush, Governor Pawlenty, and many of the like, to all join together.

Washington is broken. The media is broken. Even the one-time conservative safe-haven of Fox News is becoming slightly more left than it once was. There are still conservatives there, but the left is creeping in day by day.

America is a Conservative country. In national elections, where Conservatism is strongly represented on the ballots, American Conservatism answers the election call in immense quantities.

Conservatism is not dead...it is in exile. We let John McCain take the Republican Party to the left. We let the White House and the Congress go to the Left. We need to regroup, reorganize, and win back the Houses in 2010. Then, we need to keep pushing, fighting, clawing, scraping, and standing up for our beliefs and win back the White House in 2012.

It is time, now, to start preparing to fight the media, Obama-ites, and the apathetic masses who only listen to the 5 second soundbites on NBC. We need to bring Conservatism back to our Government...

And we need to do so before the Government buys everything.

Oh, and by the way, to anyone who buys the myth of Global Warming...why is it so freaking COLD in America right now?

It has been a while...My Apologies...

For the last 3 weeks or so, I have been sulking, politically, and busy, professionally, thus preventing more of my words of mediocrity from appearing on this blog site. I apologize to my hundreds of readers for my delays in getting back to you, both on here, and through the many emails you have sent.

So, let me recap what has gone on since I last posted.

We are gearing up for a new Clinton administration, a third term for Bill and Hillary's people. Barack even admitted that he was intentionally hiring former Clinton people because he wanted experienced people on his staff. However, with Hillary the most likely Secretary of State, and Bill publicly stating interest in a job in the president-elect's cabinet, America is entering into the 1990's all over again. Higher taxes are on the way! Oh, and in bad news for the economy, this Clinton regime will not have the internet boom fall into its collective lap this time around.

Congress, with their 59 Democrats in the Senate, is spending like there is no tomorrow. Since some of our Republican friends thought that acting like a Democrat and spending more than we have was how to get re-elected, we have no one left to fight for spending control. Except when it comes to the military. They are all for gutting the military...similar to what happened 10 minutes after Bill took office in 1993. Then, for 8 years, our weakened military was unable to fight off terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center, two US Embassies in Africa, and the USS Cole. (The same military and defense cuts led to our vulnerability to the 9-11 attacks.)

Everyone from the city of Chicago (fully under the impression of the buddy-boy network now that their puppet is the president-elect), to the state of Cahl-EEE-foh-nee-yah; from the mom and pop candy store to the biggest automakers in the United States; are all asking...or, begging...for a big slice of the open flood of money from Washington. It is downright sad. There is such a panic over the economy, 99% of which is exacerbated by the 24-hour, repetitive news cycle, that everyone is making a run on any money they can get their paws on, no one taking a moment to really think of where this money is coming from, or what the price is going to be in the long run.

The one bright spot of the 2008 elections, well, the one successful bright spot, if you will, was Saxby Chambliss fending off the millions of Obama-aid send to Georgia to reclaim his seat in the Senate, thus preventing the filibuster-prof majority for the Democrats. Saxby will be looked to for leadership and strength, as he is one of the few Republicans to be able to return to Washington in January. Saxby won by double-digit margins, thus preventing a drawn-out, lawsuit-filled holiday season, as there would assuredly be suit after suit after suit should the polls have been withing 5 points. So, Saxby Chambliss is the one hero that Republicans can look to for the next couple of years. He fought the "Obama-mania media" and the Liberals from NYC to LA to win back his seat.

Next, I want to address the pseudo-controversy surrounding Pennsylvania Governor Ed Rendell. His comments about Janet Napolitano, Obama's pick to head Homeland Security. The same media who criticized Sarah Palin for having 5 kids is now attacking Rendell for his comments. He made a comment, that was unknowingly picked up by a nearby live mic, that said that since Napolitano does not have a family, she is a great pick for the job, because she can devote 19-20 hours a day to the job. To me, Rendell was only repeating the logic that many used to attack Sarah Palin. Now they are upset at this logic? In addition, this comment was not sexist, as many are purporting to be. The quote was, "Janet's perfect for that job. Because for that job, you have to have no life. Janet has no family. Perfect. She can devote, literally, 19-20 hours a day to it." The only reference to her gender came in the form of pronouns used instead of her name. There was no reference to her gender other than that. It just goes to show how sensitive and ready to pounce people are today. Everyone is looking for a reason to get mad at someone.

Previously in this piece, I referred to Chambliss as the 'one successful brightspot' in this year's campaign cycle. There can be arguments as to how successful she was, but the fact is she did not get elected. And I do blame her running mate as much as I do the left-wing media that actively campaigned for her opponents. I am talking, of course, about the "breath of fresh air," Governor Sarah Palin. She was the bright spot to outshine all bright spots. She, and she alone, carried John McCain to a lead in September. Then the financial crisis hit, and then the media put the blame solely on the Bush Administration, and that proved to be too much for even the bright-eyed, intelligent, strong Conservative leader Palin.

However, I do believe that Sarah Palin may well repeat her own Modus Operondai come 2012. If you know much about her, you know that before winning the Governorship, Palin did lose a bid to become Lieutenant Governor her first time around. So, perhaps, in 2012, it is time for her to take a step up, much as she did in Alaska. A Palin-Romney ticket sounds great to me. Or, perhaps, Sarah Palin-General David Petraeus ticket? Okay, I am stretching it there, but Petraeus has climbed about as high as anyone can in the military. In four years, he may want to climb to a higher office.

It has been a hard month to swallow. It sickens me how much of a rock star our president-elect is. He is not a leader. He was not elected to be a leader. He is simply installing Clinton Administration 2.0, then going around talking good. However, Saxby Chambliss helped America avoid sheer disaster, and may just be enough for us to limp to the 2010 mid-terms, where I hope people like Sarah Palin are the face of the party, and not these middle of the road phonies who think Republicans need to lean left, instead of the Democrats leaning from the FAR FAR FAR left toward the center.

I am hopeful.

I do want to add that I had a lot of ground to cover in this piece, and I did not want to include the Black Friday tragedies and the India Terrorist Attacks in with this litany of commentary. I will discuss those events in coming blogs. Thank you for your time!

100th POST!!!! Making the Case Against Barack Obama

Today, I will address the current ideals surrounding the state of affairs in the Presidential Election. I think that this election is very important, and I think far too many Americans are taking this very nonchalantly and not truly vetting their choice.

First thing I want to address is the accusation of negativity. Why is it that McCain's negative ads are all people remember? No one remembers that Obama attacks McCain, also, as much as possible. The fact is, there are no radical associations or dangerous decisions that McCain has made that would warrant an attack ad. Instead, people like Barbara Walters and Joy Behar on The View, people on CNN, MSNBC, and hundreds of "I am rich, so listen to my opinion as if it were the Gospel" Hollywood buffoons constantly hint at McCain's age as being a factor. MSNBC allowed an ad to run that attacked McCain's skin cancer scare of a few years ago. Democratic politicians come out and accuse McCain of being racist and comparing him to George Wallace.

Yet, only Sean Hannity and Rush Limbaugh and Bill O'Reilly condemn those attacks. Obama would not even distance himself from the comparisons made between McCain and Wallace. McCain gave Obama the chance at the last debate, but Obama decided, instead, as always, to point the finger at McCain and the right wing. Obama knows McCain is not racist, yet Obama refused to set the record straight. He refuses to go against his party.

Yet, McCain rips the mic away from a supporter for trying to insult Barack Obama and call him a Muslim...he grabbed the mic away and corrected her, on the spot, without pause. But Barack Obama cannot set the record straight on the racism allegations made by his own party's elected officials? And McCain is the negative one?

Now, the left wingers are having a field day with the cost of Sarah Palin's new campaign wardrobe. They scoff at it's estimated $150K price tag. They attack her as being a phony and an elitist. They say she is not in touch with the middle class as she says she is. They attack her for getting a new wardrobe for the campaign trail.

Has there ever been a question about how much Obama's or Biden's, or even McCain's, suits cost? Has there ever been a question about any other candidate's wardrobe costs? No.

This is a sexist attack by the left. Palin did not go shopping and send a bill to the RNC. The RNC bought the wardrobe for her. She is giving the wardrobe to charity once she is done with it.

How is the cost of a wardrobe for the campaign trail a viable issue for the election? If it can be used to smear a Republican, by gosh, its fair game!

As far as the attack ads coming from the Republicans, all McCain and the Right Wing have done is do what the media should...ask questions about Obama's history. If I had no risk of anyone looking into my past and fully vetting me out, I could say anything that people wanted to hear just to get elected.

My biggest problem with Obama are the holes in his history (he is the first modern-day candidate NOT to release his birth certificate...and we know nothing, cannot even find his senior thesis, about his college years other than the fact that he went there..), and the fact that time and time again, he has to distance himself or clarify himself where it relates to important people in his life, past and or present.

The Ayers questions are valid. Ayers' living room was the launch pad for Obama's political career. That is a FACT. Ayers may have been a terrorist when Obama was 8, but he still preaches, under the guise of college professor, much of the same anti-American and anti-government propaganda as he did then. In 2001, Ayers claimed in the New York Times that he and the Weather Underground had done more...eerily, the comments were published on 9-11-01. Obama wrote a blurb for Ayers' book. You don't put your name on someone else's work unless you trust them and know them...or are a complete naive buffoon...and, in either case, as it relates to a man who preaches the outrageous ideals Ayers preaches, it shows a lack of ability and readiness to lead a nation.

As for Reverend Wright, you cannot spend 20 years in the pews of a church with a pastor you do not agree with. You do not let a preacher who spews hatred and racism and anti-Americanism from the pulpit marry you and baptize your children, unless you somewhat agree with him.

Let me ask you this...

If John McCain had spent any significant time in the same room, even if it was a coincidental passing in a hotel lobby, as Tim McVeigh or Ted Kazynski (Una bomber), would he race be close today?

If John McCain had spent just 5 years in a church the featured a preacher who even once made reference to race, or to the fact that America's chickens where coming home to roost in reference to the 9-11 attacks, where would this Presidential race be?

If McCain had similar connections to radical ideals and thoughts like Obama does...would the race be nearly this close?

Next, why is everyone so bent on the idea that Sarah Palin is inexperienced and unqualified? She has executive experience, unlike any of the 3 men on the ballot. She has run a town and a state. She has had to make executive decisions that determine people's future. She has not been part of a decision-making body where your decisions get lost in the shuffle, like Congress. Besides, she is the second on the ticket...not the first.

If you want to talk about her inexperience, why, then is it unfair to question Obama's? I cannot remember whom of my respondents said it, but the idea that questioning what Obama has done and has not done was not constructive. Yet, questioning Palin, who has more experience as a leader than Obama, is fair game.

Obama's political career to the White House includes no major accomplishments, other than speaking well enough to get elected to a new office. He has not had a news-worthy battle for a bill or ideal. He has gone with his party without much resistance. He has only disagreed with George Bush...never has taken a stance against his own party. What has he really done to prove he is ready to lead from day one? He cannot even be a leader in his own party.

Obama does not have the experience or the mettle to lead from day one. Even his running mate said that the world knows that Obama is not ready...they are going to take advantage of Obama's inexperience. There will be a new crisis once Obama takes office...meaning that our enemies know he is not ready.

The question, then, is, who is going to get hurt because of this world-wide perception of Obama's weakness? Can we afford to find out?

What WE have to do...

The fact of the matter is, the nation is divided.

Over the last 6 years, since Democrats stopped being pro-American and being pro-Democrat, the liberals in the media and in elected office have been attacking American unity. They were courteous enough to shut up for a few months post-9/11, but then they saw opportunity.

They saw a chance to seize power by attacking every policy of the Bush anti-terrorism initiative. They attacked out troops. They accused American troops of torture, murdering civilians, pillaging villages, and generally being poor-class and fighting dirty. Our fighting men and women have been attacked, insulted, berated, and accused of unthinkable war crimes....BY OUR OWN CONGRESS AND LEADERS!

It is sad that our enemies have used the words of our own elected officials as recruiting materials and as anti-American propaganda. Our troops are entering greater and greater danger in Afghanistan, as they were in Iraq pre-McCain-supported troop surge, because of the propaganda provided by AMERICAN DEMOCRATS.

Remember, post-Vietnam, NO CONSERVATIVE...NO REPUBLICAN...stood in lines to spit on and attack our troops returning from war. No CONSERVATIVE has ever given anti-American fodder for the recruiting propaganda of terrorist enemies.

So, since early 2002, less than half a year since the worst attack on American soil, DEMOCRATS have been attacking everything in sight to divide the country and fortify that division. The sides are almost irreparably divided; in fact scarily so.

The point being, there is nearly zero chance that we can change the minds of the Obama-maniacs who drank the kool-aid served by the media and Obama himself. We cannot get liberals or Democrats to drop their blind love and devotion to Obama. It is not going to happen.

So, how do we keep the White House and, possibly, reverse the growing liberal power in Congress?

VOTE.

We, the American conservatives, we must VOTE.

VOTE!

Tell people who and why we are voting for.

We must VOTE!

The media is spinning the early voter turnout as a trend for an Obama slaughter of McCain. They are popping champaign in the offices of NBC and CNN, already claiming Democrat victory and a new Super Majority in Washington, DC.

We have to show them how wrong they are. America is an overall conservative nation. We have to get our conservative majority motivated and out to the polls.

Whether we win or lose, we have to go down with a fight. We have to go down swinging, if it is in the cards for ACORN's tactics to win, we cannot sit idly by and guarentee a default victory for Obama.

We need to vote. Make our voices heard! We need to fight until the end of voting.

In the words of the immortal Coach Jim Valvano, "Never give up. Don't ever give up"

If you can get motivated, and motivate more conservative-minded people to show up and vote, at the end of the day, we might just suprise the liberals celebrating Obama's victory already.

Well, I take it back...there is hope!

I was so down and out yesterday and last night, I forgot that there is hope for our country.

Her name is Sarah Palin.

She is smart, funny, strong, and a true leader. I just wish that the McCain campaign would let her take the gloves off and just go out and preach the truth.

Sadly, like McCain, she is forcing restraint. She isn't going for the knockout blow. She isn't forcing the issues that would hurt the democratic ticket.

However, her personality and her proven leadership and her, for lack of a better work, chutzpah have all led be to believe that she is our country's future. We need to send her and McCain to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. I believe that after serving 4 to 8 years under McCain, she will be ready to lead our country into the future.

In 16 years, at age 60, I think Sarah Palin could very well become one of, if not the greatest leader of our time, if not in the history of our country. She has it all.

I guess it all comes down to how successful Acorn is at voter fraud as to whether Obama gets enough "Jive Turkey" and "Seymour Butts" votes.

The Latest News...My Take

First and foremost on people's minds is the current state of the American and world economy. Everyone is in a panic and thinking that we are on the verge of a new depression. I say, "Calm down!"

John McCain was right. The fundamentals of our economy are still strong. However, some very big financial institutions were very careless in their pursuit of outlandish profits and personal gains of the suits in charge. Some of those suits that have personally gained from the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac failures are include the very democrats pointing fingers at Bush. What people are not looking at is the fact that Barack Obama personally benefited from the two housing lenders' failures.

The bail-out of Freddie and Fannie, as well as AIG and the other companies being saved, will help keep our economy strong. While the bail-out will temporarily impact our tax budget, there is a real possibility that much of the $700 billion can be recouped, if not see a profit turned. If only we get the greedy democrats out of power.

Barack Obama and Chris Dodd and hundreds of other democrats personally pocketed millions of dollars from these institutions. Why don't they stand up and do the right thing and give back that shady money? Because it is easier to blame George Bush, the same practice that liberals have been doing since early 2002, when they first started blaming Bush for 9/11, and then it just continued from there.

This bail-out is, sadly, needed to prevent a deep recession, if not a complete depression. My hope is that America will elect McCain and McCain will let an economic whiz like Mitt Romney take charge of the economy.

Outside of that, we again are feeling even more pain at the gas pump. Why? We have no alternatives!!!!! We have no alternatives thanks to the do-nothing Democratic Congress. What happened to their promises of lowering energy costs? What happened to their promises of changing everything? They have done nothing! They went to break instead of voting on energy solutions. Nancy Pelosi forced the House of Representatives to summer recess instead of hearing Republicans who had requested floor time. She ordered the cameras off, the lights turned down, and the doors locked.

What kind of leader is this? She would rather go on vacation that do her job and find solutions for problems facing her constituents. And we are still painfully close to $4 a gallon with no hope in sight.

What has this heroic Democratic Congress done in two years? They were elected with promises of the sun, moon, and stars. They have done nothing of substance. They spent the first year of their time in power voting on non-binding resolutions to force withdrawal from Iraq. They have spent more time voting on resolutions that had as much legal power as a post-it note found on the floor of the Capitol Building than on finding solutions to American problems.

So, we have democrats with their hands in the crumbling cookie jar of Freddie and Fannie and Countrywide and all these other institutions. We have a do-nothing Democratic congress that has accomplished nothing, with the exception of a single-digit approval rating, setting historic records for disgust with accomplishment. Yet, sadly, nearly 50% of Americans support this same party?

Even worse, look at the kind of trash and low-life attacks that democrats are slinging at the McCain-Palin ticket. The left is not going on facts and issues, instead they are taking very mean-spirited, low, uncouth, dirty, disgraceful, and tasteless swipes at John McCain and Sarah Palin.

How many times do we have to hear that John McCain is going to die in office? The loud-mouths on "The View" implied and said it at least 6 times in the 30 minutes McCain was on their sofa. "God-forbid, something might happen to you..." McCain is a tough cat. He has smirked and walked-through and survived events and catastrophes that civilians could not fathom. Running the nation he has served for over 40 years will be a cakewalk compared to some of the travesties McCain has dealt with.

For a party that supposedly fights for women, they sure cannot handle a woman with a shot at the Vice Presidency. They constantly question Sarah Palin and her ability to be a family person and a VP. They never question a man, yet they attack a woman. Why? She is a conservative. If Sarah Palin was pro-choice and wanted to raise taxes and have government take over health care, these nut job feminazis would be 100% for her. Yet, because her fundamental beliefs are different, her gender is no longer worth promoting. And don't get me started on the complete garbage and classless attacks against Todd Palin and their children.

The children are not campaigning. They are CHILDREN, you sick, twisted, soul-less morons. We have left-wing media people and left-wing politicians who attack the Palin family on a daily basis. Charlie Rangel called Sarah Palin "disabled." Media have implied that Todd Palin is "doing those girls," referring to the Palin daughters. There are attacks out there claiming that Trig, the precious youngest Palin child, is actually the product of an incestuous relationship between Todd and the 15-year-old daughter.

Then there is Charlie Gibson with his very condescending attitude and disrespect for Sarah Palin. She handled it well, but Gibson was so rude and slanted in his interview with Palin. It is just part of a pattern of the left trying to tear her apart, not just politically, but personally.

I just hope, and I do have hope, that the rest of the country can see through the garbage. There are no real attacks on McCain's policies or Palin's strengths. Instead, there are personal attacks and attempts to personally destroy the children, who have nothing to do with the campaign.

So, people, please, see through the smoke and mirrors. Research and find the truth. If you think for yourself, and truly find the truth, you will have no choice but to vote the correct ticket come November 4.

The Lipstick of Doom

"The difference between a hockey mom and a pitbull...Lipstick."

The famous, oft-repeated joke that Sarah Palin made in reference to herself, and other Alaskan hockey moms, at the Republican National Convention last week. The comment has been played, repeated, looped, and Youtubed a million times over. There is no way on Earth that his campaign did not hear and understand the comment.

Yet, Barack Obama, as he paused, stammerred, and "uh"-ed his way through a campaign stop in Virginia yesterday, he made a very snide remark and went below the belt on the McCain-Palin ticket.

His comment, which is an old saying, was that "You can put lipstick on a pig...{dramatic pause as he allows the crowd to 'get it' and laugh}...but it's still a pig."

For me, I have to conceed that it is in fact an old saying. However, his decision to use it, and then include the long pause for the crowd to get the joke, shows just how rattled he and his campaign really are.

There has been a 23 percentage-point swing in the last 10 days in a crucial area of Obama's demographic. Women, scorned by Obama being the nominee and then not even vetting or considering Hillary for his VP, are flocking to the energy, family-values, and inspiring story of Sarah Palin.

And Obama blatantly calls her a pig on the campaign stump.

For conversation's sake, let me pose this hypothetical, despite the fact that the likelihood of this being fact is minimal. Let's just say that Obama was not taking a swipe at Palin. Let's just say the "lipstick on a pig" comment was meant at face value and not a play on a largely famous comment from just one week prior. Let us say the comment is innocent in nature and not a swipe. Let's just say that.

So, now, we see just how poorly Barack Obama's judgement is working. Knowing the sensitive situation he is in with the way the media has lashed out and attacked Palin, he had to have known how his lipstick comment would be recieved. He HAD to have known that saying such a thing would be taken hard by many people. He HAD to have known.

Yet, he showed his typical poor judgement. The same poor judgement he used in choosing his pastor of 20 years. The same poor judgement in the people he has been closly associated with. The same poor judgement he used in talking about how the surge has been a failure. The same poor judgement, and possibly poor intelligence, he showed when talking about visiting the 56 or 57 states.

Either way, it shows the simple fact most people can already see, despite the attempts of NBC, CBS, ABC, CNN, MTV, and the left-wing blogosphere to smear and destroy the Republicans, that Barack Obama does not have the judgement, intelligence, and leadership ability to lead our country.

He called Palin a pig. Plain and simple. He refuses to focus on the issues alone, instead he takes cheap, below-the-belt swipes at the VP candidate and not his opponent. He will not tell us his solutions, other than he won't repeat what George W. Bush has done. So, he calls the VP candidate a pig. Well, I think he just showed that he is a chicken.

The Unfair Fight That Should Unify Conservatives, Women, and Mothers

Here is the situation.

On one side, you have the wife of a presidential candidate actively campaigning, speaking at rallies, and regularly sticking her foot in her mouth by making snide remarks about her country. This woman has called America a "mean" country. She said that the fact that her husband's ability to run for and win a party's nomination for president makes her "proud of [her] country" for the first time. She is an active member of the campaign. She is a campaign spokesperson. Yet, she is beyond reproach. Any questions about her are low-brow, below the belt, low class, and just plain wrong.

On the other side, you have a woman who has accepted the nomination to be her party's Vice President. Her family appears with her at times, but they do not speak. They are not involved in the campaign. They are her family, a separate part of her life. Her husband does not take the stump for her. Her children are not speaking at the national convention. Yet, all of the left-wing media, from the 5,000 failing NBC channels to CNN to ABC to MSN.com to Yahoo.com, all of them are attacking her family, the brunt of the attack focused on a teenage girl.

This campaign has gotten out of hand. I can deal with the media being so obviously biased for Barack Obama. I can live with their 10 times more favorable coverage of Hussein Obama. I can live with the rockstar-like coverage of his field trip to the middle east and Europe. I can even deal with the fact non of his left-wing media friends, and he has a lot, questioned his skipping out on meeting with injured troops in Germany. I can live with all the attacks against McCain or Sarah Palin. I can live with being called racist for not liking Obama, even though his ethnicity has no bearing whatsoever on my dislike.

However, I have a serious, serious problem with attacking a seventeen year-old girl. I have a serious issue with attacks against a teenager who has made a mistake that millions of teens have done, a mistake celebrated and encouraged by most people on the same side that are now attacking her. I have a serious problem with these irresponsible media folks attacking an innocent family for something that has zero bearing on the campaign.

It is just another sad example of how Obama is not qualified to be President. At no point in the 2008 election has Obama shown and outlined his qualifications. He cannot and will not run on the issues. He knows it. The democrats know it. The media knows it. So, they have to run attacks and smears like going after a pregnant teenager.

Pre-marital and unprotected sex are not things I endorse. I am sure Sarah Palin and her husband did not endorse nor encourage their 17-year-old to practice those type of things. However, she is a teen. Teens make mistakes. Teens think they know it all and do things they might later regret. It happens. Yet this teen and her family are united. They are supporting the teen who has opted to keep the baby. She plans to wed the father of the baby. There are far greater errors in judgement teens can make.

How low-brow is it to attack a family and embarrass, hurt, and psychologically scar a 17-year-old girl? How is this okay, yet to question Michelle Obama and her slightly anti-American comments a travesty of travesties?

How can you people sleep at night?

I like Sarah Palin. Her resume might be a little on the thin side, yet she has more executive, decision-making experience than Barack Obama. She has stuck her neck out an enabled change in a short time in the Governor's Office in Juneau, Alaska. She has a track record. She has a policy-based platform to run on as Vice President. She offers more qualifications and experience than Obama, who is running to be President. She is strong, smart, of high morals, and will bring change to Washington. She is a no-nonsense person who will fight for what is right, not what is popular.

She also offers the answer to many Hillary supporters. Those voters, especially many of the women voters, are upset that Obama is in and Hillary did not even get considered to be on the ticket as Vice President. Sarah Palin scares the Democrats. She, like McCain, cannot be defeated on issues.

So, what can they do?

Attack her 17-year-old daughter.

Way to go.

About Me...And This Blog Site...

My name is David A. Ebert, the oldest of two siblings produced by my parents, Leah and David G. Ebert. We are all Republicans, but I take it a toke or two...well, closer to 10 tokes...further than my parents,

I am very much a Right Wing Conservative. I am a Reagan Conservative. I believe Americans, in general, are smarter than elected officials in Washington, DC. We should be more in charge than the Government.

We, as individuals and families, should have more responsibility over our own, hard-earned money and not send more and more and more taxes to the out-of-touch politicians. I believe the government is there to serve us, and not us to serve them.

I believe in America's greatness and that, overall, we are the most generous, forgiving, intelligent, and genuinely decent country in the world. I also believe that we are the most powerful nation in the history of the world, but do not use that power to hold over the collective heads of other nations.

I believe that low taxes, intelligent spending of those tax revenues, strong initiatives on defense and education, and small government influence on the day-to-day lives of Americans are some of the most important ideals related to how the US should be operated.I believe in the freedoms granted by the US Constitution. I believe that judges should uphold and interpret the laws as written in the US Constitution, and not refer to any foreign legislation to make their historic decisions.

I believe the First Amendment, as well as the entire Bill of Rights, are the most important laws this world has ever seen.

I believe abortion is WRONG. I believe that homosexuality is WRONG. I believe that allowing anyone to publicly debate the possibility of lowering the age of consent, especially for young boys to consent to older men, is a tragedy of morality. I believe that organizations like NAMBLA should be publicly shunned and not given a platform to spew their harmful and dangerous rhetoric.

I believe there is a sad lacking in the ability of our nation to appreciate and accept self responsibility. We, as a nation, blame daddy, racism, sexism, classism, mommy, the mean teacher, the mean little league coach, the loud mouthed uncle, the financial status of the neighborhood in which we grew up in, and a million and one other reasons why we do not succeed. How often do we, as a nation, take the blame for our own mistakes? How often do you hear someone accept responsibility for their own mistakes? How often?

I am conservative. I am worried about the future of the country and the planet, especially if O-BOMB-A or Billary Clinton make it to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. I will start posting my fears, my hopes, my ideas as they all relate to news and politics. I hope to open some eyes and change some opinions with my writings. Most of all, I hope you will read my words and be inspired to find the truth...and not rely on Chris Matthews or Keith Olberman or Katie Couric or Matt Lauer for your opinions. I hope you will break the mold and do something unreal...unexpected...do something that O-BOMB-A and Billary are afraid of you doing...

THINK FOR YOURSELF.
