100th POST!!!! Making the Case Against Barack Obama

Today, I will address the current ideals surrounding the state of affairs in the Presidential Election. I think that this election is very important, and I think far too many Americans are taking this very nonchalantly and not truly vetting their choice.

First thing I want to address is the accusation of negativity. Why is it that McCain's negative ads are all people remember? No one remembers that Obama attacks McCain, also, as much as possible. The fact is, there are no radical associations or dangerous decisions that McCain has made that would warrant an attack ad. Instead, people like Barbara Walters and Joy Behar on The View, people on CNN, MSNBC, and hundreds of "I am rich, so listen to my opinion as if it were the Gospel" Hollywood buffoons constantly hint at McCain's age as being a factor. MSNBC allowed an ad to run that attacked McCain's skin cancer scare of a few years ago. Democratic politicians come out and accuse McCain of being racist and comparing him to George Wallace.

Yet, only Sean Hannity and Rush Limbaugh and Bill O'Reilly condemn those attacks. Obama would not even distance himself from the comparisons made between McCain and Wallace. McCain gave Obama the chance at the last debate, but Obama decided, instead, as always, to point the finger at McCain and the right wing. Obama knows McCain is not racist, yet Obama refused to set the record straight. He refuses to go against his party.

Yet, McCain rips the mic away from a supporter for trying to insult Barack Obama and call him a Muslim...he grabbed the mic away and corrected her, on the spot, without pause. But Barack Obama cannot set the record straight on the racism allegations made by his own party's elected officials? And McCain is the negative one?

Now, the left wingers are having a field day with the cost of Sarah Palin's new campaign wardrobe. They scoff at it's estimated $150K price tag. They attack her as being a phony and an elitist. They say she is not in touch with the middle class as she says she is. They attack her for getting a new wardrobe for the campaign trail.

Has there ever been a question about how much Obama's or Biden's, or even McCain's, suits cost? Has there ever been a question about any other candidate's wardrobe costs? No.

This is a sexist attack by the left. Palin did not go shopping and send a bill to the RNC. The RNC bought the wardrobe for her. She is giving the wardrobe to charity once she is done with it.

How is the cost of a wardrobe for the campaign trail a viable issue for the election? If it can be used to smear a Republican, by gosh, its fair game!

As far as the attack ads coming from the Republicans, all McCain and the Right Wing have done is do what the media should...ask questions about Obama's history. If I had no risk of anyone looking into my past and fully vetting me out, I could say anything that people wanted to hear just to get elected.

My biggest problem with Obama are the holes in his history (he is the first modern-day candidate NOT to release his birth certificate...and we know nothing, cannot even find his senior thesis, about his college years other than the fact that he went there..), and the fact that time and time again, he has to distance himself or clarify himself where it relates to important people in his life, past and or present.

The Ayers questions are valid. Ayers' living room was the launch pad for Obama's political career. That is a FACT. Ayers may have been a terrorist when Obama was 8, but he still preaches, under the guise of college professor, much of the same anti-American and anti-government propaganda as he did then. In 2001, Ayers claimed in the New York Times that he and the Weather Underground had done more...eerily, the comments were published on 9-11-01. Obama wrote a blurb for Ayers' book. You don't put your name on someone else's work unless you trust them and know them...or are a complete naive buffoon...and, in either case, as it relates to a man who preaches the outrageous ideals Ayers preaches, it shows a lack of ability and readiness to lead a nation.

As for Reverend Wright, you cannot spend 20 years in the pews of a church with a pastor you do not agree with. You do not let a preacher who spews hatred and racism and anti-Americanism from the pulpit marry you and baptize your children, unless you somewhat agree with him.

Let me ask you this...

If John McCain had spent any significant time in the same room, even if it was a coincidental passing in a hotel lobby, as Tim McVeigh or Ted Kazynski (Una bomber), would he race be close today?

If John McCain had spent just 5 years in a church the featured a preacher who even once made reference to race, or to the fact that America's chickens where coming home to roost in reference to the 9-11 attacks, where would this Presidential race be?

If McCain had similar connections to radical ideals and thoughts like Obama does...would the race be nearly this close?

Next, why is everyone so bent on the idea that Sarah Palin is inexperienced and unqualified? She has executive experience, unlike any of the 3 men on the ballot. She has run a town and a state. She has had to make executive decisions that determine people's future. She has not been part of a decision-making body where your decisions get lost in the shuffle, like Congress. Besides, she is the second on the ticket...not the first.

If you want to talk about her inexperience, why, then is it unfair to question Obama's? I cannot remember whom of my respondents said it, but the idea that questioning what Obama has done and has not done was not constructive. Yet, questioning Palin, who has more experience as a leader than Obama, is fair game.

Obama's political career to the White House includes no major accomplishments, other than speaking well enough to get elected to a new office. He has not had a news-worthy battle for a bill or ideal. He has gone with his party without much resistance. He has only disagreed with George Bush...never has taken a stance against his own party. What has he really done to prove he is ready to lead from day one? He cannot even be a leader in his own party.

Obama does not have the experience or the mettle to lead from day one. Even his running mate said that the world knows that Obama is not ready...they are going to take advantage of Obama's inexperience. There will be a new crisis once Obama takes office...meaning that our enemies know he is not ready.

The question, then, is, who is going to get hurt because of this world-wide perception of Obama's weakness? Can we afford to find out?

Wow...what a joke.

Hillary and O-BOMB-A are on their way to making the whole democratic party a joke.

The latest Presidential Debacle...I mean Debate...shows just how inept both democratic candidates are, how sad and desperate their supporters and campaigns are getting, and just how much of a landslide Senator John McCain can win by.

Two normally biased, left-wing television journalists in Charles Gibson and George Stephanopoulos decided to be REAL journalists and ask REAL questions, trying to give both Hillary and O-BOMB-A a chance to show the record audience who is most qualified. The answer is neither one. Both Democratic candidates flubbed and flopped and looked like a 5 year old clinging to the barrier rope in a pool as they try to swim on the deep end.

Then, instead of smacking themselves in the forehead like in the V8 commercials, O-BOMB-A supporters are outraged at Gibson and Stephanopoulos for asking harsh questions.

Excuse me?

Asking about Reverend Wright and this terrorist Ayers character are harsh, unfair questions?

Huh?

The same people outraged at those questions applauded when Mitt Romney was grilled about his Mormon faith and whether he had "relations" with his wife prior to marriage. Yet, asking about O-BOMB-A's relationships to, first, a racist, bigoted, anti-American precher who acts as a Presidential candidtate's spiritual advisor, and, second, to a known and admitted terrorist in Ayers, is somehow out of bounds.

This isn't someone interviewing to clean port-a-potties. This is a Congressman who wants to lead the free world. Any association with a racist anti-American preacher and a terrorist needs to be completely vetted, revetted, and then, for the hell of it, re-examined. Any questions a journalist asks about this issue is fair game and is a necessity if this man wants to be President.

Yet, Democrats are showing what most people with common sense already knew. O-BOMB-A is absolutely NOT qualified to be in the White House as a visitor, much less President.

Then, I could go on for years on how un-qualified Hillary is. But, we know that. Appearantly she only answers phones at 3 am. Perhaps its because she had to stay up late all those years in Little Rock, and then again in D.C., waiting for Bill to come home from his affairs.

Let us not forget the blatant lies she has told. Ducking sniper fire in Bosnia? This was no slip of the tongue or accidental misremembering of facts. She told this story of getting fired upon by snipers on THREE occasions...and was proven to be blatantly false.

One minute Hillary was a co-president for eight years, the next she was only a consultant, the next she was no where near the Oval Office. It just depends on the situation and whether or not it was a success.

Its truly sad that there are two people who truly want to be GIVEN the office of President. I do mean GIVEN. They do not want to earn it. They do not want to prove their character and abilities. They do not want to answer the tough questions. They do not want anything from their past inspected. They want the world to take their word. They have no real backbone nor any real leadership abilities.

Based on their campaigns, a man who leads his church's slow-pitch league in batting average and homeruns and constantly tells of how he has been hitting homeruns since little league, even though there is no real evidence to back up those stories, deserves to be the top pick in the major league draft. No questions asked. No minor league success needed. Put him in the line up for the Yankees tomorrow. He deserves it. He can't prove his worthiness, just take his word for it and give him the spot.

All John McCain has to do is sit back and watch and let the two inept Democrats tear each other apart for the next two months.

Deerborne, MI Republican Debates

As you might have heard, the fledgling CNBC hosted a Republican debate on the economy. The site chosen for the debate on the economy was Deerborne, Michigan, which is right in the middle of a state in dire straights economically.

In his first debate since officially entering the race, Senator Fred Thompson seemed to be out to get his points out with as little flair as possible. Seemingly, Rudy Guliani and Mitt Romney battled back and forth for the spotlight. In my opinion, these are the best choices for president. Any of the three will offer a more successful administration than anything the democrats could conjure up.

Thompson seemed to try to stay off the radar, wanting to let Mitt and Rudy cancel each other out and allow him to gracefully step in as the front-runner. In any event, I do believe that a ticket that combines any of these three men would be impressive and worth voting for.

As stated throughout the debate, our economy is actually doing well. It is strong and has seen over 20 consecutive quarters of growth. Inflation is low and so is unemployment. This growth is directly attributed to the Bush Tax Cuts.

The problem with the Republicans going into Michigan to brag on the Bush Tax Cuts, low unemployment, and the robust economy is that the exact opposite is occurring within Michigan. And, being the truly fair and balanced news source it is, CNBC must have randomly chosen the spot and had no intention of setting up the Republicans for the potential pitfal.

However, a deeper look at Michigan shows something. It shows the Liberal Plan for America in a scale model. It shows high taxes, endless entitlements, and fund shortages for the government. The joblessness in Michigan is staggering, more than twice the national average. The taxes paid by the middle class is nearly back-breaking. The entire state is on the verge of its own economic crash. Its a state that is run from the Governor on down to the Lansing dog catcher by liberal democrats.

Within the last two weeks, in order to secure for funds for the nearly bankrupt state government, the Governor of Michigan did what any self-respecting Democratic leader would do. An emergency tax hike was called for, once again, because, hey, it hasn't worked before, so maybe it will this time.

Raising taxes to raise funds for the government is the same as the bee trying to get to the hive through a closed window. The answer seems to be to go this way, yet no matter how many times you bang your head into the clear glass, you are not going to get through to the other side. Yet, these democrats keep banging their heads into the glass.

So, I encourage you to look at the real numbers in Michigan. Study the state. This, my friends, would be America under Hillary, Obama, Breck Girl Edwards, or pretty much anyone on the other side.

Then, I encourage everyone reading this, if you are planning on voting democratic, go ahead and write a check for about 10-25% of your income and mail it to the IRS. Go ahead. You'll be doing it in the future anyway. Note that this check, and future taxes, represents the increase of at least 10-25% under a left-wing administration. There really is no law against sending money to the government. So, go ahead and start sending the extra money now.

Then, request that Michael Moore, Alec Baldwin, Susan Sarandon, Al Gore, Leo DiCaprio, Sean Penn, and Danny Glover and the like start cutting checks to the government. They are all for a democrat in office, and all for higher taxes. I say, put your money where your mouth is...literally. Michael Moore was on Bill O'Reilly during the 2004 campaign claiming to be okay with a 60% tax rate...so, why doesn't he and his ilk prove it and send the money now anyway?

Back to the point...Michigan's suffering should not be in vain. We need to look at the state as a microchosm of the US under liberal rule...at least from an economic stand point.

We all know Liberals would leave us wide open to terrorist attacks. They have done it before. (See World Trade Center Attacks 1993, US Embassy bombings in Africa, and the USS Cole attack. And if you want to look further back, see the hostages that were taken under Mr. Peanut and released immediately after the swearing in of Ronald Reagan. I don't recall the US getting attacked under Reagan either...or George H.W. Bush....hmm, see a pattern?)

So, can it be any clearer which party needs control in 2008? You want our economy taxed into oblivion like Michigan? You want our people killed by terrorists here, at home?

If so, vote Democrat.

Playing with the Troops Funding for Political Gain

In case you live in a cave, by now you know that the Democrats in congress are using their positions to increase the mighty swing of their political bats by playing games with our troops' lives.

Our troops are dependent on funding for necessary equipment and training, which is an invaluable piece of legislation to have pass through Congress. So, our good Liberal friends decide to play games with the money and try to abuse their power, and even overstep their Constitutional powers, by trying to micromanage the war from Capitol Hill.

Not only have they weighed down the funding bill with nothing but pork and outrageous wasting of tax payer money, but have included a joke of a timeline for the war. They are trying to install a deadline for victory in the war and pull out. Guess what an official pull-out date does? Gives the enemy a date to celebrate their victory. YOU CANNOT SET A DATE TO WIN A WAR AND PULL OUT.

You know what would happen if we did that? Suddenly, miraculously, violence would decline...only rare, random fringe acts of violence would occur. Mostly, though, the war would seem won. Then, the democrats could claim THEIR legistlation won the war...then, when the last platoons of our troops are on their way out...when MoveOn.org, I mean the Democrats, well, they are one in the same since MoveOn.org is the puppet masters of John Kerry, Hillary "Fake Southern Accent" Clinton, John "Pretty Girl" Edwards, and Ted "Where is the bridge again?" Kennedy, and the rest of the libs, have gotten their way, their cry of defeat...just then, ALL HELL WILL BREAK LOOSE.

Iraq will be invaded with a vengeance from Iran and Syria. Our last few platoons will be left out to dry and become target practice as the terrorists invade. Iraq will fall into a massive hysteria and violence...the streets of Baghdad will literally run red from the killing of men, women, and children. And the work and sacrifice of the thousands of troops who fought in this war will be wasted as we have to reinvade to try to save the world from third World War. But, it might be too late.

Sadly, most Americans will buy the garbage the liberals and the liberal media sell you. They will lie to you and tell you that we are on a brink of a world war due to Bush's war with Iraq, and the forced pull-out will have nothing to do with it.

Please, America, see what is going on. America's finest and bravest are being used as toys in a political power play by the democrats. It is sad, sick, and as traitorous as anything imaginable. Our troops deserve better...our troops shouldn't be gambled for political points...and we as Americans cannot let this ploy work.

It just disgusts me. Why anyone would support liberal thought is beyond me.

ALgore and the hypocrasy of the Liberal Left

To hear Al Gore and the left tell it, you and I average Americans are the only ones responsible for any possible pollution and damage to the Earth and this mystery called "Global Warming."

In 30 years, we went from a Global Cooling and possible Ice Age on the horizon to a Global Warming of catostrophic proportions. And it is you and my fault...and not anyone on the left.

And to compensate for our misuse and abuse of the Earth, they are now buying and selling Carbon Offsets.

What is a Carbon Offset? It is a deed or activity done to offset the damage done by one's carbon emmissions. You drive an SUV and emit so much carbon exhaust, you can pay a company to offset those emmissions by planting trees or "researching" ways to trap methane from cow flatulence...yes, you could offset your damage to the Earth by paying a company to figure out how to TRAP COW FARTS.

I am not a psychic, but I do see some cow emmissions...but its from a bull and its not in gaseous form, if you catch my drift.

Yet, with near unlimited financial resources and connections, these same preachers of the gospel of anti-carbon emmissions and carbon offset purchases, these same people do anything but try to lead by example. They drive their Hummers and Escalades and stretch limos...fly in private jets and private jumbo jets...air condition barns full of their own movie and personal memorabelia...air condition or heat empty homes that they stay in only once every so often. The cast of your average Hollywood production emits more carbon and pollution that the rest of the country combined...yet they dare preach to us.

The city of Hong Kong uses twice as much energy as the United States...yet why doesn't Al Gore fly there in his fuel-guzzling private jet to preach to them about carbon offsets? Why? Because the Chinese would see through his B.S. and laugh his psycho comb-over out of the country.
Yet here, Leo DiCaprio and Susan Sarandon and Sean Penn all jump on this bandwagon and cheer for the idea that paying a for-profit company to research trapping cow farts will offset their wasteful use of energy, gas, and other resources.

Why do people buy into the hypocrasy without question? I don't get why America doesn't tell these morons to shut up and get off my TV.
